Orders are processed Monday through Friday (Excluding US Holidays) and we work to have them out the door within two business days of order receipt. Custom orders potentially need a few more days to fill.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.


Shipping timelines are solely based on the courier we use (USPS). They will most likely provide an estimated shipping date but delivery of that date is completely in their control and we know they are doing their best to get you your purchase promptly.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. Items may be held at your local post office for duty and tax collection.

Brandi B is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in shipment or in customs. We cannot refund these items and suggest you file a claim with the transportation provider utilizing the tracking number we've supplied.

We do not ship to foreign U.S. military bases; diplomatic addresses; P.O. boxes; or addresses designated as APO, FPO, or DPO. We currently do not ship orders to the United Kingdom.
